Send the list by WhatsApp with your country and quantities. Our desk replies with a formal USD quotation per item number.

We confirm size, packing quantity, volume per item and lead time. Samples can be arranged on request at their own cost.
Produce and hand over
Your order is produced and packed 100 or 200 pcs per pack, then handed over ex-works Yiwu to your forwarder.

Do you sell to individuals or single pieces?
No. We are a wholesale supplier: the catalogue is priced and packed for trade buyers, and the minimum order is 100 pcs per design (the lowest packing quantity in the catalogues).
Are the prices shown the final prices?
The prices are the unit prices per piece in USD, ex-works Yiwu, exactly as listed in our catalogue. They exclude shipping, taxes and any custom work. Send your item numbers and quantities to get a formal quotation, which will also state payment terms and the delivery port.
Can I order several designs in one order?
Yes. Add all the item numbers you need to the enquiry list and send them together. Each design is packed in the packing quantity shown on its product page (100 pcs or 200 pcs per pack), so the order quantity per design follows that packing unit.
Why do many items have the same name, "cushion"?
Because that is how they are written in our own catalogue file. We publish the names as they are rather than inventing descriptions that would not match the goods. For those items the item number and the catalogue photo are the reference - the design information such as "floral", "printed", "plush" or "9-needle" only appears where the catalogue uses it.
What does "single item volume" mean on the product pages?
It is the volume figure recorded in our catalogue for that item, reproduced without conversion. Because packing can be adjusted, please confirm carton dimensions and total volume with our desk before booking freight.
Can you make custom sizes or my own pattern?
Custom size and custom printing are quoted separately, because the cost depends on the size, quantity and artwork. Send a photo or drawing on WhatsApp and we will come back with a price for your quantity.
How do I pay, and how are the goods shipped?
Payment terms, shipping method and the delivery port are all stated in your quotation. Goods are handed over ex-works Yiwu - we work with the forwarder of your choice, or we can help arrange shipment if you prefer.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Sample requests are handled per design. Tell our desk which item numbers you want to see and we will quote the sample arrangement.
